In order to ensure the rights of employees against the complicated situation of new coronavirus(COVID-19), Vietnam Social Insurance has sent a dispatch to the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on the settlement of social insurance regime for employees. The program was requested to implement medical isolation measures to prevent from COVID-19.
According to this dispatch, workers who are subject to medical isolation for prevention purposes under the decision of competent authority will be entitled to the sickness regime provided for during the medical isolation period.
