This Decree takes effect from 01\/06\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This database has a lot of information related to the Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI) and Unemployment Insurance (UI) of the participants, specifically as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regarding HI: code of benefit level; type of object; place of initial medical examination and treatment; expiration time; the time of full 05 consecutive years of participation; the process of paying and receiving;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regarding SI: SI code; code of participant management unit; management SI agency; method of payment; a process of paying and receiving SI, occupational accidents insurance, occupational diseases&#8230; and much other information on the National Database on Insurance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regarding UI: the process of paying and enjoying; the period of UI premium payment shall be reserved as a basis for calculating the period of enjoying UI benefits.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individuals are allowed to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exploiting and using the information in the National Database on Insurance;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Export your information, the exported data is digitally signed by Vietnam Social Security and is valid as a written confirmation of the competent authority.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, in addition to the ways to look up the process of participating in SI, HI and UI currently applied such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Via the website of Vietnam Social Insurance;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Via SMS to the number 8079;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Via VssID App.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the near future, participants will have another way to search through the National Database on Insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">References:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thuvienphapluat.vn\/van-ban\/Bao-hiem\/Nghi-dinh-43-2021-ND-CP-Co-so-du-lieu-quoc-gia-ve-Bao-hiem-451609.aspx\">Decree 43\/2021\/ND-CP<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/briswell-vn.com\/en\/news\/dang-ky-mo-tai-khoan-giao-dich-dien-tu-voi-vssid-bao-hiem-xa-hoi-so\/\">Tutorial register electronic transaction accounts to use the VssID application \u2013 digital social insurance <\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Government has issued Decree 43\/2021\/ND-CP regulating the National Database on Insurance.
