\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 From July 15, 2020, according to Decree No. 58\/2020 \/ N\u0110-CP, businesses are proposed to pay compulsory social insurance premium into the Occupational accident and occupational diseases fund lower than the normal rate (only pay 0,3% of the salary fund as a basis for paying social insurance instead of 0,5%) when meeting the following four conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
No<\/span><\/td>\nConditions<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1<\/span><\/td>\nBusinesses that operate in the specific sectors under the occupational diseases and accident category.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2<\/span><\/td>\nHaving reported occupational accidents, safety, and sanitation issues accurately and in a timely manner for the last three years.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3<\/span><\/td>\nBusinesses should not have been subject to administrative or penal liability in violation of occupational safety – hygiene, and social insurance in the last three years.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4<\/span><\/td>\nThe number of accidents in the last year has been reduced by at least 15 percent compared to the average of the last three years, or no accidents have occurred in the last three years.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
